JCI BioInfo Lab was established in 2006. The goal of our research is to increase the understanding of biological processes by developing and applying computationally intensive techniques (e.g., pattern recognition, data mining, machine learning algorithms, and visualization). Major research efforts include protein structure and functional prediction, subcellular localization, gene expression regulation, protein interaction network and cellular kinetics.

Currently, we have developed several methods to predict the structure and functional properties of proteins effectively and reliably.
